Glenelg Beach Jetty Diver

from $125.00

Glenelg Beach, South Australia, is probably one of the more popular/touristy beaches in Adelaide. As a wee nipper in Summer I used to holiday with my Nan at the Kingston Caravan Park and would often spend my time walking to Glenelg Beach and staring at Magic Mountain, longing to go on all of the rides but unable to afford the entry fee. The child in this image has different ideas about what constitutes for Summer adventure.

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional owners of the land on which I live and work and pay respect to their elders past and present. For over 65,000 years, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders of the lands and waters have been telling stories through their art and dance. I recognise that this land that I create on was never ceded, and that it always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
